A California mother accused of hosting sordid sex parties for her 15-year-old son and his friends made a series of disturbing internet searches, it is claimed.
Shannon O’Connor, who is accused of luring 14 and 15-year-olds to her $4.7million home in Los Gatos, Googled ‘Good books with young sex,’ ‘hot 16 (year) old teenage girls,’ ‘prettiest 16 year old girl,’ and ‘t*** and a**’.
The searches were listed in a set of new court documents detailing her alleged crimes with the information gleaned from O’Connor’s cellphone that logged her searches.
Her phone also contained videos that had been downloaded from various social media platforms including TikTok, depicting young girls in revealing clothes.
‘The videos show young girls who appear to be underage. They are dressed in revealing clothing. There is no evidence that the girls in these videos were personally known to defendant,’ the court documents, as seen by KRON4 state

The search details were extracted from her cellphone, which also contained videos of young girls from social media platforms, dressed in revealing clothing
O’Connor faces 39 charges, including felony child endangerment, child molestation, sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor
The ‘party mom’ faces 39 criminal counts of felony child endangerment and sexual battery, with some of the victims as young as 13.
O’Connor has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges as filed by the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.
Investigators claim that O’Connor would pressure the teenagers to binge drink and have sex for her own pleasure at parties between the summer of 2020 and February 2021.
O’Connor would host the parties inside her 5,122-square-foot Los Gatos home, which was listed for sale earlier this year with a listing price of $4.7 million.
The two-acre property boasts a pool, spa, sports court, nanny quarters and five ensuite bedrooms.
The mother of two is awaiting trial for the alleged hosting parties at her $4.7 million, 5,122-square foot Northern California estate in Los Gatos that has a pool, sports court and more
O’Connor moved out of the home in October 2021 when officers began to hone in on her alleged misdeeds
The alleged victims included male and female Los Gatos High School students, including O’Connor’s own two sons.
After luring the youngsters to her home she allegedly ‘facilitated sexual encounters’ between minors, both consensual and nonconsensual, while some victims reported that she watched as they were sexually assaulted.
The 48-year-old’s attorneys have indicated during court proceedings that they are seeking a prison term of eight years or less and may be prepared to change her plea to guilty. She could be out in as little as four years with good behavior.
‘Evidence admitted at preliminary hearing will show offenses alleged above were committed by defendant as a result of sexual compulsion and for the purpose of sexual gratification,’ Deputy District Attorney Rebekah Wise wrote.
She had a consistent approach which saw her involving helping minors sneak out of their homes, arranging transportation via Snapchat or text messages, and getting the minors intoxicated to the point of vomiting, loss of consciousness, and encouraging sexual activity among them.
O’Connor also allegedly attempted to convince her 15-year-old son to not cooperate with investigators

Some parties took place at O’Connor’s mansion in Los Gatos while her husband was away, while others were organized at Airbnb locations in Lake Tahoe and Santa Cruz.
O’Connor was very selective about the girls allowed at her parties, often rejecting them if they didn’t meet her standards.
‘She would reject girls as guests by saying they weren’t ‘pretty enough’ or didn’t ‘put out,” the court documents state.
O’Connor’s husband reportedly filed for divorce earlier this year, seemingly unaware of her actions.
Upon learning of the police investigation in 2021, O’Connor fled to Idaho with her sons, where she conducted further Google searches over arrest warrants, statutes of limitations, and legal consequences.
They included searches such as: ‘can I get prosecuted in California if I live in Idaho,’ ‘how do I know if there is a warrant for my arrest,’ ‘supplying alcohol to minors in a private home,’ and ‘statute of limitations California,’ according to court documents.
By the time of her arrest in October 2021, she had 12 underage teens staying at her Idaho residence.
She also allegedly attempted to convince her 15-year-old son to not cooperate with investigators.
O’Connor’s defense is likely to argue that she believed the sexual encounters among the teenagers were consensual while prosecutors will argue that she knew exactly what she was doing.
O’Connor remains in custody at Elmwood Correctional Facility in Milpitas with her preliminary hearing scheduled for November 6.
