A murder investigation is underway after a body was found inside a car on the NSW Central Coast.
Emergency services were called to a car park on Trafalgar Avenue, at Umina Beach, about 3:15am on Monday after officers found the body of a man suffering stab wounds.
The man is yet to be formally identified but is believed to be aged in his 40s.
About 7.30am, a 30-year-old man with cut wounds presented to Gosford Police Station.

He was taken into custody then transported to hospital for treatment, where he remains under police guard.
A crime scene has been set up and detectives from Brisbane Water Police District have launched an investigation, assisted by the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad.
