As usual, Sarah Jessica Parker ensured Carrie Bradshaw burned bright within her fashion sense as she stepped out on Thursday.
The Sex And The City frontwoman, 58, attended the New York City Ballet’s 2023 Fall Gala alongside her husband Matthew Broderick, where she wore a ballerina-inspired ensemble with a statement bow in her long blonde hair.
While the black dress and stunning ensemble was certainly head-turning, attention was drawn to Sarah’s feet as she opted to wear mismatched shoes comprising one pink-hued mule and a contrasting black number with jewelled brooches.
The purposely mismatched pair are a not-so-subtle homage to a fun footwear moment from SATC as fans first saw the actress rock contrasting shoes while playing Carrie on the HBO hit show, which ran from 1998 to 2004.
In Escape From New York episode, which originally aired in season three, episode 13 in September 2000, Carrie steps out wearing a hot pink sandal and a blue sandal both by Christian Louboutin for a night out with the girls.
