A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a bus at a busy Sydney intersection which has caused road closures and led to traffic chaos.
Emergency services responded to a collision between the two vehicles on the intersection of Alison Rd and Doncaster Ave in Kensington at 3pm on Friday.
The motorbike rider, believed to be in his 20s, was treated at the scene before being rushed to hospital in a critical condition where he later died.
The bus driver, a 34-year-old female, escaped the crash uninjured and was taken to hospital for mandatory testing

Multiple roads have been closed as responders remove the wreckage and conduct an investigation.
‘A crime scene has been established and an investigation is underway into the circumstances surrounding this crash,’ New South Wales Police said.
Motorists have been urged to avoid the area.
All lanes heading east on Alison Road have been closed between Anzac Parade and Darley Road.
All lanes heading west on Alison Rd between Doncaster Avenue and Anzac Parade are also closed.
The north portion of Doncaster Road has been completely shut off.
Traffic had been heavy prior to the crash and motorists should allow extra time for their commute through the area, Transport for New South Wales have said.
Anyone with dashcam footage of the crash has been urged to contact police.
A coroners report is now being prepared.
