New York’s most prolific serial killer isn’t a household name but back in the late eighties and early nineties, Joel Rifkin, 64, terrorized more than a dozen unsuspecting sex workers and lured them to their deaths.
In 1993, Rifkin confessed to slaughtering 17 prostitutes with his bare hands after he foolishly transported the corpse of his last victim in a truck with no license plates, attracting the attention of police.
He is currently serving a 203 year prison sentence and is speaking out for the first time in years in a new A&E special, Cold Case Files: The Rifkin Murders, airing September 30.
DailyMail.com unveils the sickening true story behind his horrific crimes.
