Taylor Swift fans have been sent into meltdown after one of the star’s most-loved songs was unexpectedly cut from the set list.
The Love Story hitmaker, 33, hit the red carpet for the premiere of her highly-anticipated Eras Tour concert film at The Grove in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening.
But fans were quick to take to Twitter after they realised one of the star’s hit songs had been cut from the film in a surprise shake up.
Long Live, which is taken from Taylor’s third album Speak Now, has been cut from the set, despite shots from the song being shown in the film’s trailer.
Distraught fans took to Twitter in their droves to express their upset.

Fan account Taylor Swift Facts shared the news as they announced ‘@TaylorSwift13 cut out “Long Live” from “The Eras Tour Film”.’
One exclaimed: ‘IS THIS REAL WTF’ and another wrote: ‘Please tell me you’re joking’ with a crying emoji.
Providing evidence of Long Live being shown in the film, another shared the screen shot as they wrote: ‘HOWWWWW???!??? THIS WAS SHOWN IN THE TRAILER’.
‘Please don’t remove any other songs’, another fan begged.
Another commented: ‘does she hate us a little bit?’ before adding ‘she bouta force us into a goodbye fr’.
Another simple wrote: ‘SHE DID NOT.’
Long Live only joined the Eras tour setlist in July when Taylor debuted the track as part of the show during her performance in Denver.
The addition came after Taylor re-released her third album Speak Now and penned a heartfelt messages to her devout fanbase.

The multi-Grammy Award-winner said it felt nostalgic to revisit the songs she wrote while on the cusp of womanhood and how ‘proud’ she is to share tracks that didn’t make the original album.
‘It’s here. It’s yours, it’s mine, it’s ours. It’s an album I wrote alone about the whims, fantasies, heartaches, dramas and tragedies I lived out as a young woman between 18 and 20,’ captioned Swift on Instagram.
Fans therefore feel incredibly upset after the song has been removed from the setlist.
Another asked: ‘why does she hate me’ and another added: ‘this hurts so bad’.
One fan seemed to take the news to heart as they tweeted: ‘We lost today.’
The sad news comes after Taylor sensationally announced that the film is now being released one day early because of ‘unprecedented demand.’

Although the film was initially slated to debut on Friday, she delighted her fans by revealing that it will now debut in theatres on Thursday.
Wednesday’s premiere was hosted by Taylor at the outdoor mall The Grove in Los Angeles, which was shutdown all day for the high-profile event
As more than 2,200 of her fans descended on The Grove LA shopping centre for the barnstorming event, Taylor fired up her social media to go public with the latest development in the film’s blockbuster rollout.
‘Look what you genuinely made me do,’ she wrote, in a sly nod to her score-settling 2017 single Look What You Made Me Do.
