Joe Jonas has filed to dismiss his Miami divorce case with Sophie Turner with the pair agreeing to settle their split privately following mediation.
The singer, 34, recently reached a custody agreement with the actress, 27, over their two daughters and has now filed to dismiss his petition for dissolution in Miami.
The court documents state the former couple reached ‘various agreements’ and plan to ‘pursue an amicable resolution of all issues’ reports Page Six.
Jonas filed for divorce in Miami on September 1, with sources close to him claiming that Turner had been out partying too much, leaving him alone to look after their daughters.
Turner fired back, accusing Jonas of refusing to hand over the girls’ passports so that they could return to England with her.

The status of Turner’s divorce case in the UK is not known.
Earlier this week, Joe and Sophie officially spoke out after arriving at a temporary custody agreement.
They shared a statement on Tuesday announcing their new arrangement after going through mediation last week amid their brutal divorce struggle.
DailyMail.com previously obtained court documents revealing that the new custody arrangement will grant each parent two weeks at a time with their daughters and will allow the girls to travel back and forth between the US and UK.
‘After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the UK,’ Joe and Sophie said in a joint statement.
‘We look forward to being great co-parents,’ the couple added.
The entertainer exes share two daughters, three-year-old Willa and one-year-old Delphine, whose name had not been reported prior to their split.

The former couple, who said they had reached an agreement ‘amicably’ in the documents, will each get two weeks at a time with their daughters until January.
They will also be allowed to travel to anywhere in the US and the UK, meaning that Turner can bring the girls to England, which she claims will be their ‘forever home.’
While Jonas will get to take the girls on tour with his band The Jonas Brothers, Turner will get to spend Christmas with them in the UK with her family.
The agreement comes after four days of intense mediation in New York , where the girls are currently staying with Turner, from October 4–7. The resolution of custody of the children is expected to clear the way to finalizing the couple’s divorce.
The court filing from Turner’s lawyer Stephen Cullen called the mediation ‘ongoing and productive’ and that the custody sharing comes ‘in anticipation of an amicable resolution of all issues.’
Cullen appears to have made good on his promise to ‘bring down the mercury’ made during a court hearing in New York last week.

The split has sparked court proceedings in Miami, the UK and New York, which is where the child custody issue is being handled.
The court filing in New York states that both sides are engaged in mediation in the UK and the US.
Under the previous interim consent order, the girls had to stay in New York.
The second interim consent order, which both sides requested that a judge approve, states that both sides have agreed that the girls will be with Turner from October 9 to 21.
Turner may ‘temporarily travel’ with them to anywhere in the US or the UK but must return them to New York on the October 21, where they will be ‘transferred’ to Jonas.

The handover must take place at a time and location suitable to both parties, the filing states.
Jonas will be with the children until November 2, when he or their nanny will bring them back to New York.
He will be able to travel anywhere in the US, meaning that the girls will be able to accompany him on his US tour with the Jonas brothers.
During those dates the group is scheduled to play in Austin, Texas, along with stops in Southern California in San Diego and Anaheim.
On November 2, they are set to play in Fresno, California, which may explain why their nanny could return them to New York for the handover.
The document states that Turner will have the children for the following two weeks until November 22, and Jonas will have them for the next two weeks until December 16 under the same conditions.
Turner will get to spend Christmas with her daughters, as she will be with them from December 16 until January 7, at which point she will have to return them to New York.
A trial to resolve the custody matters is scheduled for January 2.
Previous legal filings have detailed how the couple’s three-year marriage rapidly broke up in August after Jonas reportedly saw Turner insulting him on their Ring camera.
He filed for divorce two weeks later claiming their relationship was ‘irretrievably broken.’
But Turner responded with the lawsuit in New York.
In court papers she claimed that the couple sold their home in Miami in March and that they bought a $9 million home near Oxford in the UK ,which they meant to be their ‘forever home.’
Turner went further in legal filings in Miami where she included a letter Jonas wrote to the seller of the property that showed him gushing about the prospect of living there.
