Wise-Compare.com: Empowering Wise Decisions.

A woman had revealed how she lost 40 pounds by eating a 15-minute one-pan pasta dish that helped her shed the weight while still enjoying delicious food. Cindy K , or @thechicpea on TikTok , frequently shares recipes that helped her drop the pounds without giving up her favorite meals – adding that her goal is to make ‘healthy taste delicious.’

Most recently, the US-based content creator took to the video-sharing platform to share the details of the pasta dish she relied on while trying to lose weight.

In a clip, she showed off her ‘creamy’ 15-minute one-pan pasta and shared a step-by-step on how to make it for her followers to try. Cindy named the dish: ’15-minute, one-pan, creamy, spicy turkey pasta.’ She begins the meal by sautéing ground turkey with diced onions and garlic. Cindy said: ‘Sauté diced onions, garlic, and ground turkey; season with salt and pepper.’

Then, she adds one tablespoon of ‘Trader Joe’s Calabrian Chili Paste.’ She noted that if you can’t get the chili paste, you can opt for chili flakes and tomato paste. After sautéing the onions, garlic, turkey, and chili paste, it’s time to throw in your pasta.

Cindy noted that the goal is to get in as much protein as possible so after throwing the pasta in, add some bone broth and marinara pasta sauce into the pot. ‘Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer and cover for 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked through,’ the chef added.

After the pasta is fully cooked, take the lid off and add one ‘dollop of light cream cheese.’ Stir the pasta until it has a thick consistency. Then, it’s finally time to eat the delicious dish. Serve it in a bowl and garnish it with cheese and fresh basil.
