Roxy Jacenko has unveiled the results of her astonishing 12kg weight loss, and the strict diet she used to shrink her frame.
The PR guru, who is based in Singapore, took to Instagram on Tuesday with a photo of herself looking very svelte in black shorts and a sports bra while working out at the gym.
’12kg down – shall I do a day on a plate and my gym schedule?’ she wrote in a poll next to the mirror selfie.
She proceeded to upload a flurry of posts revealing her tips and tricks for weight loss.
The first was a picture of her lunch, which consisted of grilled chicken, quinoa and vegetables covered in balsamic vinegar.

The mother-of-two then revealed what she has for breakfast – one cup of coffee and a container of powdered vitamins from a trendy supplement powder company.
In her caption, Roxy claimed she ‘hasn’t felt sluggish in four months’ after taking the vitamin blend on a daily basis.
For dinner, Roxy said she eats just a plate of broccoli smothered in garlic and oyster sauce, and for a sweet snack she treats herself to two passionfruits.

Roxy also gave her fans an update on her alcohol consumption, revealing she had finally ditched the booze altogether.
‘Okay, so I got a trillion questions about alcohol. I got into a VERY bad habit and could finish off one of these a week, solo, without thinking twice’ she wrote next to a photo of herself holding a bottle of Belvedere Vodka.
‘And that wasn’t Friday to Sunday. It was Monday to Sunday. Now I stick to dusting the bottles rather than popping them [laughing/crying emoji],’ she added.

It comes after Roxy boasted about achieving her ‘goal weight’ by sharing an Instagram Story photo of herself looking slim in a red bikini last month.
However it didn’t take long for critics to speculate that Roxy’s weight loss was actually due to her recent Ozempic ‘overdose’.
Happy for you achieving your goals! But you literally interviewed about ‘overdosing on Ozempic’ in September, 4 months ago. This is dangerously misleading, babe,’ one wrote.
‘Ozempic works wonders,’ another added.

In September, Roxy told The Saturday Telegraph she had been prescribed the weight loss drug as she was ‘desperate’ to lose the 15kg she gained while treating her breast cancer with the hormone therapy Tamoxifen.
Roxy admitted she’d taken one milligram of the diabetic treatment on her first hit, which was four times the amount prescribed to her by a doctor.
‘I thought I was actually going to die. I have had cancer, radiation therapy, all of that. It doesn’t even compare to how bad I felt when I took this drug,’ she said.
‘For the first 12 hours I was OK. I vomited four times that morning, once in a hire car, and I went to work.’
Roxy revealed she then suffered from severe vomiting and non-stop ‘epilepsy type’ shaking which landed her in a drug overdose clinic for three days.
‘I called an ambulance. An ambulance was going to be an hour away but I thought I was going to die. I went to St Vincent’s,’ she said.
Roxy has since put out a warning to all who are tempted to use Hollywood’s latest quick-fix weight loss drug.
She said using the drug was ‘pathetic’ and ‘silly’, and called for celebrities to stop lying about not using it to shed kilos.
